Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using www.mloadvantage.com (the "Website") or accessing any content, courses, or services offered by TMI Media, LLC d/b/a MLO Advantage ("MLO Advantage," "we," "us," or "our").

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our Website, purchasing any courses, or accessing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Website or services.

USE OF SERVICES

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• Course Access: When you purchase MLO Advantage: Loan Originator Mastery Course or any other educational product, you receive ongoing access to all course materials, videos, and downloadable resources for as long as the course remains available on our platform.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your login credentials or course access with others.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, worksheets, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of TMI Media, LLC d/b/a MLO Advantage and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant: When you purchase access to our courses or content, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense any course materials or content
• Share your login credentials or course access with others
• Remove any copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notices from our materials
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute course videos or materials

PRICING AND PAYMENT

• Course Pricing: MLO Advantage: Loan Originator Mastery Course is available for:
  • A one-time payment of $497, OR
  • Payment plan of three monthly payments of $179 each ($537 total)
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Kajabi using Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated amount.
• Payment Plans: If you select a payment-plan option:
  • You authorize automatic monthly billing for the agreed-upon amount
  • Payments will be charged on approximately the same day each month for three consecutive months
  • Failure to complete all payments will result in immediate loss of course access
  • No refunds will be issued for partial payments made
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of this course with immediate access to all materials upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Our Guarantee: We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our course. If you complete all 8 modules, finish the implementation worksheets, and deploy at least 3 strategies within 90 days, and you don't see measurable changes in your pipeline, we will personally spend 30 minutes troubleshooting with you to identify what's not working. To request your troubleshooting session, email [email protected] with evidence of your completion and implementation efforts.

This guarantee does not entitle you to a refund but demonstrates our confidence in the system and our commitment to your success.

Our courses provide education about mortgage loan origination best practices. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your business practices comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Maintaining all necessary licenses and certifications for mortgage loan origination in your jurisdiction
• Following the policies and procedures of your employing institution or broker
• Seeking appropriate legal and compliance guidance for your specific situation

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TMI MEDIA, LLC D/B/A MLO ADVANTAGE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any outcomes or results (or lack thereof) from applying concepts taught in our courses

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE COURSE, OR FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TMI Media, LLC d/b/a MLO Advantage and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your business practices or professional conduct

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. If we discontinue a course you have purchased, you will receive reasonable notice and, where feasible, continued access to existing materials or comparable replacement content.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Sharing course access or login credentials
• Unauthorized distribution of course materials
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Failure to complete payment plan obligations
• Removing any copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notices from our materials
• Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing course videos or materials

Upon termination, your license to access course materials will immediately cease.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Atlanta, Georgia. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MLO Advantage regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
